for the value of cost charged the property is great. it is so centrally located you can walk to most places or catch public transport. The staff there are very helpful even though you can’t speak Turkish they will go out of the way to help. they don’t expect any tips in return they are very genuine. It even has a spa facility and breakfast is OK it does the job get omelettes everyday selection of other items including cereal. I cannot reiterate how good the staff and hotel is for the cost.

Loved the location. Loved the staff, especially the morning front desk man. He gave great directions and suggestions and also allowed me to borrow his Istanbulkart to get around town that day. He saved me so much time and money with his recommendations. Pure kindness.

Good size room for twin bedroom & staffs are professional as well as providing best customer service- the area is safe as there are police patrolling around area all the time! me and a friend (female) was so comfortable to go around area and further at evening/night, they are friendly and lovely people, shout-out to receptionist (this morning) who literally sorted taxi out for us to airport and made sure taxi guy was giving discounts & taking us the faster way to airport. if it wasn’t for receptionist and care taker, we would have slept in! as they woken us up and made sure taxi (he waited for us for an hour!) was available for us to go due to us being one hour late from scheduled time!

Roof terrace was amazing and spa area in basement both connected with elevator

I liked the fact they ( especially the manager) take complaints seriously an work on it . great hotel , clean , my room was cleaned everyday . stuff is kind nice and always ready for help . will definitely go back there . awesome location and kuddo to the manager he is a true deal
